                          Acrophobia.

Acrophobia is the fear of heights... Yep! some of us are just so scared of heights that we feel we would fall off immediately. Let me share my experience; for me, i get extremely scared when i get to climb the bridge... Oh my! this fear can be so overwhelming that sometimes i might have to hold someone beside me to help me through it. Most especially when there's no covering on top and also around the railings... it's always like Hell for me.

Someone, can relate with this experience, when climbing, the heart begins to pound so much that you feel like, the bridge will break in two..#smiles#. Most especially when you get to the middle of the bridge with cars flowing beneath, and you just feel like it will break, or you would fly down. This is just the experience one gets especially when you are Height scared like some of us. I feel its just a thing of the mind but we can overcome this,,, and the best way to overcome this is 'Intentional climbing'.  Hey! don't do this if you aren't so sure of this though. When you try climbing just try to keep your head straight and occasionally try to take a look around, it won't hurt.
I'm also on a journey to overcoming this, and you can join in this journey if you have this in you. Therefore, the fear of heights is not about the heights but about you. I guess when you have allowed this 'ideology' into you for a long time, it will get into your system a lot and you begin to act according to this ideology. Climbing isn't too bad when you do it intentionally without fear. It can be done with just as i am on a journey to overcoming mine, you can join me also.

Have a great day ahead.

Let me ask you some questions, I don't need to be all care and friendly because this is a serious matter at hand. Do you drive? Does your car run on water or on Fuel? Please I need sincere answers sir!. It's pathetic that I have to stay on an unending queue to get fuel to run my car knowing that we have no special reserves to take us out on monday. Maybe car makers should start making three to four fuel tanks for some cars coming to some countries e.g Nigeria. I am so fed up of the way things are done in this country. They told us that we have Oil and we still suffer for what we have, are you sure those that discovered these things discovered well? I am sick and tired of speculations if we sincerely have, how come we suffer so much to own what we have? Who else is in ...
