Miss Regina Agada
Onozasie : Tell us something personal.

Regina : My name is Regina Agada a plus size model and an entrepreneur and I love to live.

Onozasie : At what stage did you know that you were going to be an entrepreneur and a model?

Regina : Modelling hasn't been something I have ever considered or thought of it just came as a surprise,I went for a casting call and i got selected.I have always loved to do business right from when i was in secondary school, I am all about having multiple sources of income so as to be able to sustain myself, there has been a point when I  had to stop to discover myself and experience life outside what I know how to do,but I am currently working on starting a fashion retail outlet that involves selling bags that are affordable to young ladies who want to look good without spending too much.

onozasieHow's been the competition as a business woman?

Regina :  Whether you're a career person or a business person there will always be competition but it is important to create a niche for yourself and be determined, concerning my new business venture I have decided to identify a need and provide solutions to that need. Young ladies like to look good without breaking the bank that is one of the reasons that i have decided to start budget bags boutique.

Onozasie : What, who inspires you and why?

Regina :  I am inspired by my mum, she always learns something new all the time, she is constantly working,I learnt from her that self improvement is key to growing in life. My mum learnt how to sew after having five kids and she makes money off if despite having a job. She's the true definition of a superwoman.

Onozasie : How well do you handle customer relations?

Regina : Customer relations is key in every business and I really learnt a lot about that while working as a customer service representative, people love to be treated with respect and with a level of importance this in turn can have a positive impact on your business.

Onozasie : A lot of young people are burdened on how to create a niche, through your experience in businesswoman, how would you advise young entrepreneurs on creating a niche for themselves?

Regina : This question really make me look old though, lol, focus focus focus there will always be distractions,it is also important to keep an open mind just in case things do not go well, also seek professional help and always have a genuine purpose for going into a particular business.

Onozasie : Your challenges and successes

Regina : my biggest challenge currently is finance but I'll definitely get there, being able to sustain myself in certain aspects is one of my many success that I'll be willing to share.

Onozasie : Your favorite Food

Regina : My favourite food is rice,I can eat rice everyday, rice in any form is always a fave.

Onozasie : Have you ever thought of giving up and how did you get over it?

Regina :  I think of giving up all the time but I always look up to God for motivation, besides whenever I think of my family all we've been through together I can't help but to just wear my grown woman panties and keep it moving.

Onozasie : Let's know your beauty routine.

Regina :  I just clean, scrub and moisture and I never go to bed with makeup on my face.

Onoozasie : Your advice to young entrepreneurs? {The Spot Word}

Let me ask you some questions, I don't need to be all care and friendly because this is a serious matter at hand. Do you drive? Does your car run on water or on Fuel? Please I need sincere answers sir!. It's pathetic that I have to stay on an unending queue to get fuel to run my car knowing that we have no special reserves to take us out on monday. Maybe car makers should start making three to four fuel tanks for some cars coming to some countries e.g Nigeria. I am so fed up of the way things are done in this country. They told us that we have Oil and we still suffer for what we have, are you sure those that discovered these things discovered well? I am sick and tired of speculations if we sincerely have, how come we suffer so much to own what we have? Who else is in ...
