                        Events With Onozasie.

My waka waka{going out for events}has brought me to another exciting chapter that I will like to share with you. So, welcome aboard as I review another intriguing and interesting event with you.
Pastor {Mrs} Bola Akinlabi
This happened last saturday, Lagos, Nigeria and it was organised by the Female arm of a giant growing church in Lagos, The Elevation Church. For a lot of persons in Lagos, you will know that, that place is a good source for one to grow spiritually, mentally to enhance and build a confident level of appearance. So, this particular event was tagged 'Made For More' . It was a two-day event but I only attended on Saturday because of work and the distance most importantly. Which means, I am only going to talk about the Saturday event.
The Made For More event was a session or let me say, an atmosphere for women both young and old to be charged to understand what they are made for and made of. As powered by Elevation Church, Laid down by Pastor Bola Akinlabi the wife of the founder of the Church, Pastor Godman Akinlabi. She's got the desire to tell women how to be more than what the society restricts them to be, more than what people think they should be but to be What God has called them to be and to maximise their potentials. It's not enough to be a HouseWife or Children bearer.

You are Made For More. So, Fast forward to the day. I must confess, I got there Late. Hey, Don't kill me, The traffic wasn't friendly to me at all. I came from the Mainland to attend the event and every Nigerian knows how the traffic can be on the Island. It's not an excuse though but I still got to enjoy every bit of the event.

The Guest Speaker at the event was Pastor {Mrs} Funke Felix-Adejumo. If you know this woman, you will know she is Fire🔥🔥🔥! She is one woman passionate about women and what they stand for. She is the wife of Reverend Felix Adejumo and they both run a ministry called the Agape Ministry, headquarters in Ondo State, Nigeria. Man! You just have to listen to her messages or be under her ministration to understand the kind of power she carries as a woman of God and that particular day, It was no difference at all.
Pastor {Mrs} Funke Felix- Adejumo
People engaged in the power of the word and the power of the Mind as she charged women to understand why they exist. She spoke to women on so many things but I will lay down some few points here .

She said; Invest in Yourself. This goes for both men and women but this is majorly for women. You know we bother so much about others that we neglect ourselves. ''Take time to take good care of yourself, try to go to the spa, relax, make good hair, use good perfumes''. Spirituality doesn't mean you have to look tattered and dirty. Ouch! That went into your bones yeah?

Be Careful of expired Mentors. She said, some people will push you down because they feel they have been there and didn't succeed so, You can't. You have to be very careful of expired mentors and choose who you accept into your life.
You are more than just a housewife. She admonished women to do something with their life. Earn something, even if you are not working, work from home. Sell something but don't be a dependent woman. It is a complete shame to womanhood and what womanhood represents. Most of the biblical women that stood out weren't Sitting in their homes waiting for their husbands.

Be Careful of Parasitic protegees  and Friends. Hey sister, some people will come and be around you just to suck you off your dreams like malaria. Do not allow them.
Then she said, Women should take relationships important but you must be careful of who you draw close to yourself. I can go on and on but hey, this is just a gist of what I learnt and how well I enjoyed the event. I spoke with participants at the event and they all had something great to say.

Finally, we prayedddddddddddddddd! Pastor Bola Akinlabi, who is the convener of the event called women into categories and we held hands to pray. We prayed over the industries we represent and it was such a time of refreshing. Do you feel like you have missed something? Don't worry. Made For More 2018 will soon be here.
Yeah! That's it for today... over to the next event and trust me, if you want to watch the reviews of the participants and excerpts from the ministration, check my Youtube Channel. Onozasi Grace and my instagram handle @onozasiee...

I am available to grace your next event.

Ciao!

Monday Blues....         Letter to the Man in charge Excuse me sir,  I hope your day is going on well even though mine isn't and the reason? I will certainly share with you. Let me ask you some questions, I don't need to be all care and friendly because this is a serious matter at hand. Do you drive? Does your car run on water or on Fuel? Please I need sincere answers sir!. It's pathetic that I have to stay on an unending queue to get fuel to run my car knowing that we have no special reserves to take us out on monday. Maybe car makers should start making three to four fuel tanks for some cars coming to some countries e.g Nigeria. I am so fed up of the way things are done in this country. They told us that we have Oil and we still suffer for what we have, are you sure those that discovered these things discovered well? I am sick and tired of speculations if we sincerely have, how come we suffer so much to own what we have? Who else is in ...
